All the details of the characters and events must be delineated, in the liveliest way possible, so that they look reasonable, convincing and life-like. I don’t know what this translation will be like, but I’ve read an older translation of this play and it’s a really moving and incredible story.

I would definitely go and see it on stage if I got the chance. The moral of this story is, if you have money, spend it all on wine, women, and gambling. But it’s moving seeing all the changes and all the interplay between the different parties involved.
